Refund Policy
At CodePath, we strive to make the learning process comfortable and flexible. Our refund policy will help you if you need to get a refund for courses.
1. Refund Conditions
A refund is possible if a request is submitted no later than 7 days before the start of the course. Refunds are processed in cases of course cancellation by CodePath or inability to participate due to valid reasons (with supporting documents).
2. Course Transfer
You can transfer your participation to another date if a request is submitted no later than 5 days before the start of the course.
3. Partial Refund
If you withdraw from the course early, a refund for the remaining sessions may be possible.
4. Request Procedure
To request a refund, please contact us by email at info@codepath.ca. The request will be reviewed within 5 business days.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are made to the same payment instrument used for the initial payment within 10 business days.
6. Refusal of Refund
No refunds are provided if the terms are violated or if the request is submitted after the deadline.
7. Policy Updates
CodePath reserves the right to change the terms of the refund policy. The current version is always available on the website.
